About the Role
As our Client Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of human contact for prospective clients—via phone, text, and email. Your primary responsibility is to help new leads and inquiries become paying, committed clients. The way you preframe them has a huge impact on how successful they are in counseling. You do this by guiding them through a series of value-added questions that help them sell themselves, familiarize them with our intake process, overcome objections with care and confidence, and help them feel excited and supported from day one.
You’ll also reconnect with past leads and clients to re-engage them in care, working closely with the Sales and Operations team to optimize the entire client journey.
This role is a blend of client care, strategic sales, and operational excellence. You’ll be speaking to warm leads from marketing channels like our website, social media (see footer of our website), and referrals, and working from a proven nurturing system and CRM that supports your success (we are currently using a Go High Level whitelabel).
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into booked appointments via phone, email, and text
- Conduct engaging 15–30 minute discovery calls with prospective clients
- Confidently present the value of our services and handle cost/commitment objections
- Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and nurture systems
- Reactivate past clients and follow up with those who haven’t completed care
- Ensure clients feel supported before, during, and after their first appointments
- Help develop and refine internal documentation and sales processes
- Collaborate with the front desk and sales team to ensure a seamless handoff
- Stay aligned with the company’s mission, growth goals, and core values
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, client services, or consultative enrollment (bonus if in health/wellness!)
- Confidence and warmth in holding long, meaningful conversations over the phone
- Ability to overcome objections with empathy and clarity
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High personal organization, reliability, and follow-through
- Comfort with CRMs, scheduling systems, and multitasking across platforms
- A learner's mindset and desire to be part of a purpose-driven business
- A heart for helping people—and a belief in therapy as a transformative tool
What We Offer
- A meaningful role in a company that changes lives
- Warm, mission-driven workplace culture
- Ongoing training and mentorship in sales, psychology, and communication
- Clear, documented systems to support your success
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
- Competitive base pay + potential for growth-based bonus opportunities
- Opportunities for career development as we scale into new markets
- This is a fully remote position
